Rooms are a little old fashioned but are charming - especially those overlooking the River Severn (Rooms 1 & 7). Judi & I stayed in Room 7 and were very happy with it. Popular bar with good selection on offer. Owner is charming and friendly as are his staff. Well worth a stay or just a meal.

The room was very nice and had no bearing on my troubled somnolence. There were biscuits, tea and chocs in the room on my arrival. Breakfast was particularly good. The magazines to read were a nice touch!
