After placing the order, I received a confirmation message that said: "Thank you for placing your order with us! We will take every precaution to make sure your flowers arrive on time and as beautiful as you would like for them to be!" That message made me feel confident in the service--but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. My card was charged, and I waited all afternoon expecting a message from my mom. By 4:30 PM, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the flower shop to check--wanting to confirm before asking her and potentially spoiling the surprise. When I called, the person I spoke with said it looked like they had been delivered because the florist remembered making them, but they couldn't verify with a driver because no drivers were currently there. After being placed on hold for a while, I was finally told that the flowers had been overlooked and were never delivered. I was told this happened because they've been busy with Mother's Day--which I do understand. But this flower shop has been in business for many, many years. If they can't keep up with demand, they should not be promising same-day delivery on their website. That's extremely misleading and ends up disappointing customers like me, who trusted their process. I explained that the flowers had to be delivered that day because my mom wouldn't be at work the next day. The only option I was given was to have them delivered to a house tomorrow, which completely missed the point. If I had wanted delivery on a different day, I would have scheduled it for then. No one offered to let me pick them up or to make any effort to deliver them later that evening. So I had no choice but to cancel the order. What frustrates me even more is that no one reached out to let me know the flowers hadn't been delivered. If I hadn't called, I would've just been charged for something that never showed up. I spent 20 minutes on the phone just to find out they had dropped the ball entirely. This was supposed to be a special and thoughtful surprise. Instead, it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I would have happily gone with another local flower shop had I known this would happen. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

My wife ordered flowers for her mother and fathers grave for Easter. Since we live in Florida the flowers were to placed by a friend in the Lawrenceville City Cemetery. I should also mention her father was the Mayor of Lawrenceville for twenty years and was also a business owner there. By knowing the former Mayor for many years I know he would have been instrumental in shutting this guy down. When she placed the order in the amount of $80.44 over the phone she gave this crook her credit card information. One week later we were charged $80.44 again. When she called the owner told her it was because the book keeper only came in once a week and that she ran the charge through again. At that point he told my wife he would make a credit to our account. That was a lie. The second charge was posted April 30th 2019. As of today...Memorial Day still no credit to our account. We had to dispute the charge with our bank. This lying crook is not to be trusted! From what I understand he is planning on opening a second location in Vincennes Indiana at his customers expense. If anyone who reads this review and has done business with this jerk you may want to consider a reputable florist. Check your accounts! From the reviews I've read he has done this before.
