The staff were knowledgeable and approachable and gave us advice on how to minimise spending (by taking up the old carpet and disposing it ourselves, save the carpet grips, etc). They also advised us to sign up to their newsletter emails to get a further 10% off. They also offer a free delivery and fitting services if you buy some fancy underlay too. Arranging a fitting was stress-free and we were contacted by phone regarding an update on time on the day. They were professional and quick and left no mess to clean up. We had freshly painted skirting boards and no scratches were left whatsoever. Overall, a great value and professional service that leaves a beautifully fitted carpet!

The store itself is on the outskirts of bradford town centre and not that easy to find if you didnt know where to look or wasnt passing it. The store does some really good best quality carpets and linos which you can choose to fit yourself or pay for them to fit for you at a small fee. While the prices arent the cheapest you will find in bradford the quality is one of the best you will find. Their products are the top quality and very hard wearing. They also sell offcuts which they edge to make into rugs and these are usually quite cheap. The staff are lovely and friendly and go out of their way to help you.

The fitters damaged the skirting of my newly fitted wardrobe and chipped the paintwork in my hall and bedroom. There are also gripper scratches on the walls. They offered to replace 2 carpets but with 50% being faulty and the damage i asked for a refund. At this point i was told i was after FREE carpets by the manager!!!!!. My husband has been dealing with him for the last 12 months - yes 12 months, promise of call backs and excuses. We paid 2k in total and they finally refunded a pittance of £138. Avoid avoid avoid
