Went to the hotel for a short stop-over while visiting a local university. This is a high-end hotel…read morelocated 1/2 mile from the center of Metz. The build is well-renovated and very attractive. The rooms are spacious and very quiet. A great place to relax after a busy day. Each room offer free internet. Tried the dinner open in the bar/lounge. The menu is quite good. I decided on the Beef Bourgogne which comes with roasted potatoes. Had a glass of Haut Medoc 2007 with the meal. The beef was very tender and melted in my mouth. The sauce was heavy but very tasty. The roasted potatoes were some of the best I have ever had. The waiter had just the right kind of attention. Overall a wonderful experience.
