Awesome place to stay if your coming to the kulmbach, Germany area. It's roughly 10-15 min drive to the center of kulmbach We reserved off the internet and wasn't sure what to expect but it was worth it!! Very clean and friendly owners. Your apartment is on the second level with owners below. The owner does not speak English but his children do and that is who did the most of communication with us We reserved via email so his daughter did most of the translating. They were concerned about how everything was for us. It's a cheaper and more comfortable stay at 35 euro a night instead of a hotel at 80-90 euro a night. Give it a go!
