We have been customers for years. They are now with CPL who has put the prices up. The new website is impossible to access. The people who are supposed to deliver Rapid Link Erith Kent, do not deliver when they say. I spent 2 days waiting in. They claimed they phoned, yet my phone recorded no call. I was misinformed over the phone several times. The call centre who takes your order promise phone calls, and email's which never materialise. Rapid Link guy (name withheld), was extremely rude. I tried explaining, I was terminally ill so could only have delivery on certain days due to receiving hospital treatments. He had no empathy, he was extremely rude to me, so much that I was very upset. Phoned Ferguson 6 times and had to repeat every time even though talking is difficult. Asked for the £415 refund were to send an email to confirm still none so far. Was told they would get a customer service person to call, told them it must be email (due to illness). No one has contacted me. It is like talking to 'robots' who are not customer focused. Even though I will pay £60 more I am returning to a family firm I can rely on. More customers need to walk away from business's who obviously do not care. If they do not refund my money Mastercard will retrieve it on my behalf. Disgusted. read more
