We have been even more impressed with Ian's ongoing service. Once a year Ian updates us on our policies, advising on our coverage so we are reminded of where we stand. He's the coolest cat running around, no pressure at all. Highly recommended. If he were an Essendon supporter I'd give him 6 stars.
