When I went to have the system winterized by a legit company they found sprinkler heads still broken and multiple heads that won't come back up. His work was faulty and incompetent to say the least! Prior to finding out about the sprinkler issues, we had him contracted to do re-grout work in the bathroom. This guy starts the job and then don't show back up as scheduled. He literally ghosts us for a week and when he finally returns call/texts he said he had an emergency and had to go to "Dubai"! Anyway, he was supposed to come back after the "emergency "! Haven't seen him yet. This guy accepted our deposit and has not honor his word to complete the job! We paid him for the sprinkler job, paid the deposit for the grout work and only to be ghosted.
