If you want a positive relationship with your ex and a fair attorney, do not use them.
If you want someone who knows how to bend the rules in their favor and win at all costs, without regard for a coparenting relationship, nor the kids wellbeing, then she is your attorney .
She will fight dirty, twist the facts and overlook evedience of her client s poor character and lies to win. In contrast, the attorney I used to have, straight up told me: "if you want to get down to that level, you will need to find another attorney because I will not go down that road. We need to focus on a least destructive outcome, not winning at all costs".
Obviously I was on the loosing side but this is all based on facts and experience.
Some attorneys try to be fair, others just want to destroy the other party.. she is the latter. read more
