I was pretty lucky to stumble across Dr. Moyers when I had an urgent situation that needed resolution during a trip. Her office staff are friendly and easy to work with - they make it easy to send in your records and quickly lead you through the process of getting your insurance on file, etc. Her office is easy to access (on the second floor) with lots of parking in the gigantic parking lot outside, and the waiting room is comfortable and outfitted with lots of interesting (and recent! Like, less than a month old!) magazines. But you won't have much time to read the magazines, because wait time at Dr. Moyers' office is very short. I'd been in the waiting room for significantly less than five minutes when Dr. Moyers' nurse called my name. Her nurse is friendly and easy to talk to, and their intake room is comfortable and nicely lighted - definitely not my experience in most medical offices. Once in the exam room, I waited less than five minutes until Dr. Moyers came in. She appeared to have read my chart and was able to quickly work with me to meet my needs. Something I thought would require multiple appointments was resolved in a single appointment and just a few minutes. I was EXTREMELY impressed by the professionalism and skills of Dr. Moyers and her staff. Highly recommended, I just wish she practiced where I live!

I have searched for quite sometime for a good OBGYN to visit in order to get a check up as well as…read moreto check on getting birth control. I visited Kaywin Carter's office for the first time in April of 2016 to get this accomplished. There was very little parking room when I first arrived and followed suit with a few other cars that got there at the same time and we parked in the grass because there was no more spaces available. Her waiting room is very simple but clean and welcoming which I did enjoy and the nurse called me back within 15 minutes of filling out my initial paperwork. The nurse was very courteous and friendly and directed me back to a comfortable room. What I did not like was that I spent over 10x as much time with the nurse as I did with Dr. Carter. Dr. Carter came in after her nurse had checked my vitals and stayed for no more than three minutes and then told me that I did not need a check up even though I have never had one before in my life (I'm 20 and this was a month before my wedding) and would have liked to have been checked just in case. She gave me a prescription for birth control without checking to see if I had any diagnosis previously that would not work well with the birth control (I listed them on a sheet when checking in). I have depression and within a week of taking the medication I was having severe mood swings and suicidal thoughts. Altogether the atmosphere was great, and the nurses were great, but I would definitely wish to have more time with the doctor and that she take more time to understand my requests and what I need. I don't like paying money and not getting what I went in and specifically asked for.
