Center ally located right in the heart of Isparta's historic bazaar area. As you enter the restaurant, you can see old family photos of the owner which gives the place an authentic status. Their meat is very tasty and prices are normal. The service is fast and the servers are very kind. read more

Parlar Ailesi'nin kebapçılık geçmişi 1800'lü yılların sonuna dayanır. Nuri Parlar, babası Kebapçı Ali Hafız'dan öğrendiği kebapçılığı, 1944 yılında Üzüm Pazarı'nda açtığı dükkanda yaşatmaya başlar. Dükkanına, mekân geniş olsun, gönüllere hitap etsin düşüncesiyle Ferah Kebap Salonu ismini verir.

Meet the Business Owner: Nuri P.

Nuri Parlar, 1985 yılında üniversiteden makine mühendisi olarak mezun olur ve babasının işini devralır. 1944'ten beri aynı yerinde olan Ferah Kebap'ı büyüterek üç katlı bir işletme haline getirir. Kurumsallaşmak adına da gerekli girişimlerde bulunan Nuri Parlar, halen daha Ferah Kebap'ın bilfiil işletmeciliğini yapmakta, bir yandan da üniversite eğitimini sürdüren oğlu, Ali İhsan'a mesleğini öğretmektedir.
