Fentons installed three gas fires for us. When they were inspected a year later we discovered they did not have adequate ventilation and were unsafe. They did not inspect our chimneys prior to installation despite a site visit and did not recommend any safety measures (inspection by experts, alarms, vents, repairs to chimneys). They were also rude and offhand when we brought the matter to their attention after a 7k spend. My parents also had them out to quote for an installation before we discovered how poor their service was and they were given a price that was literally double what the fire ended up costing.
