I can't believe how they were able to fabricate my fence on site. There's a small "hill" area in my yard so they cut the fence to fit nicely in this area. This is our third time using Fensu over several years. Chris runs an excellent operation. His staff is extremely professional and trustworthy. Their work is outstanding. Fences in general are surprisingly costly but their work is top notch and when it is installed you really understand why it's worth it to have Fensu install. And they are very reasonable among the top installers. We have had to install along old rock walls and the terrain is not easy to work with but they have always done amazing work. They have grown a lot but Chris is still on top of every detail, responding to every text and email. He has a lot of patience for someone like me - I like to weigh all my options and optimize what's best for me. Contacted Fensu to fix a leaning fence; we needed a number of poles replaced. They were very responsive, and presented a couple of options. Chris and team are fantastic. I have used them on three fence projects. The first was a repair to an existing stockade fence. My first quote was $1500 and Chris did the project for $400. In new house Chris built stockade fence over rough terrain. Looks great and price was substantially less than other quotes. Chris and team just put up split rail cedar fence. As quality and pricing is so strong I did not bother for other quotes. All jobs are great and convenient as all of my communication with Chris has been over email. Fensu is highly recommended. I highly recommend Fensu! I could not be happier with both my new fence, and the process of taking away my old one and installing the new one. From start to finish the process was remarkably flawless. Chris, the main guy, got back to me promptly, we set up a estimate with Mark, who showed up on time, and went through all my requests in detail. Then, in a few weeks the ordered materials had arrived and they were ready to start. They gave me a few days notice and we arranged a start time. All the work men were respectful of my wishes and of my garden! It was finished within the time they estimated. And the fence is beautiful. I expected that it would be nice (as I was able to find with them my first choice in style and color), but I never anticipated how it would change the look of my whole yard! can't say enough good things about this company and the 2 men who installed my new vinyl fence, they were very polite and professional. no detail was overlooked. they removed my old fence and hauled it away. my neighbor had a flower garden on their side of the fence and the men were very careful not to stomp all over them when installing the new fence, they took every precaution to protect my lawn and flowers as well, after the fence was installed they even took the time to wash it with soap and water to make sure there wasn't any dirt or finger prints left behind. fensu really knows how to treat their customers !!!!! The side of my property faces Route 9 in Newton and in each of the last two winters, someone has decided to drive through my fence. On both occasions, Chris did a great job of quickly repairing the damage. The most recent time, he was able to salvage one of the fence panels, so I didn't have to buy a new one. We had about 175 linear feet of vinyl fencing installed on our property. 6ft high including 1ft of lattice. Plus two gates. Fensu was the most professional of the 3 quotes we obtained, and the fairest price as well, and responded quickly to all communications. Chris was attentive to our particular requirements for the fence line, and happily came back for a final walkthrough of our design immediately prior to starting construction. His crew was pleasant and diligent, and Chris dropped by to ensure things were done right. They were also patient when the local zoning enforcement asked us to stop work due to a perceived corner visibility issue (side note - insist your town stamps your plans even if it's not required by law!). The only downside of working with Fensu was that they're in high demand and therefore we had to wait a few weeks to get started (admittedly we were booking them in Spring which is peak fencebuilding season).
