Chris Huskins is a poor excuse for a divorce attorney. I came to him with a case where my husband…read morehad abused me so bad that my leg was broken and he took our son. My ex and I were only fighting for our son so a guardian ad litem was assigned. Mr. Huskins never spoke to her for the whole 9 months she was part of my case. My ex broke the custody agreement numerous times and Mr. Huskins would charge me for motions he never actually put in. Mr. Huskins withdrew from my case because I got upset that I wasn't informed that my case went up in front of the judge. I had to find out by googling my name. He put in his motion to withdraw the day before our meeting about him withdrawing. He sent me a copy a month before and I had told him my address was wrong. Since he decided to never change it to the right one, my notice that my case was coming up was sent to the wrong address . So my case was seen without me there and they gave EVERYTHING to my abusive husband. Now I am having to fight this again. Chris Huskins is literally the worst lawyer and a great con artist. If you want to chunk 4,000 dollars to give everything to your soon to be ex spouse, he's the lawyer you want.
