Everyone was VERY friendly, spoke English and seem to be from multiple countries in Europe. It is great if you speak French or German but if not, they did NOT treat me any different or comment bc I only spoke English and Spanish. The doctors and staff are VERY knowledge about their craft and I can't highlight enough that the neurosurgeons have ALL the latest technology to remove or reduce a brain tumor. I liked that everyone spoke English and was VERY professional and helpful. BTW- The cafe food was not bad at all, and the cater and offer a great selection of choices. Heads up the parking is at least $65 per day and you will need tennis shoes to reach the hospital from the parking lot. GREAT you are covered the entire time, so leave the umbrella in the car...

They have recently expanded the facilities and there is more space to help you recover. The service is excellent and everyone is there to help you :)! If they can't help you they will leverage their other Hirslanden Hospitals/Doctors to ensure they do the best and help you recover ASAP. Been using them for over 8 years and can only provide positive feedback.

I had just been operated for a CS birth and everybody in the medical field knows that there are times that a woman who just gave birth could have a post partum and hormonal imbalance that causes the patient to be irritable however they did not handle the situation well and I was spoken and treated very badly because I was irritable instead of being understood regarding my situation. The hospital was great but the experience with the staff I would say was very very disappointing for a private high-end hospital. I believe the staff were mere mid-wives however they should be trained more on how to deal with different patients especially for women who are experiencing a post-partum depression. Very unprofessional indeed!
