Nice people upfront, but did not do as discussed. Tree cutter and lady both understood I wanted the trees trimmed and shaped, while still providing shade. My back yard was done as discussed. However, my front yard tree that was completely butchered no longer provides an ounce of shade and looks like crap. The woman that shows up and you talk to, to discuss everything is obviously a professional in the rip off and IDGAF world, based off her texts and phone call rebuttals. Apparently in a couple of years the tree might be able to provide shade again since it shades our whole front house which helps on the electricity bills. But they clearly don't give a F, again based on the phone call. If you cannot afford another tree service (this is the cheapest), and don't really care for the appearance of your trees, great place to go. Otherwise, stay far far away. I contacted Feeler Tree Service 6 weeks ago and they were very prompt about coming out and giving me an estimate. The first date they were supposed to show up did not happen. I called and they told me another date. And the 3rd date was also rescheduled. The reasons were all the same...my workers haven't showed up. The 4th call came on Wednesday September 14 and was rescheduled to Monday September 19...I called Monday at 7:53am and she confirmed they would definitely be at my house between 2 and 3pm. I received a text at 1:53pm same day saying they picked up 4 jobs before my job and can't make it. Needless to say I cancelled their service. I would not recommend Feeler Tree Service if you want your trees cut down or trimmed in a timely manner. read more
