This firm are an absolute rip off and prey on vulnerable elderly people. They replaced my partner's…read morenan's boiler yesterday (which probably only needed a pump changing) and charged her £3000!!! for a new boiler (£700 to buy the combi plus a few other bits and pieces) so essentially £2000 labour for two men who did not even do a full day's work. My brother in law is a plumber and after assessing the work done said that it should have cost less than half this. They have conned an elderly lady in her late eighties out of her savings and should be completely ashamed of themselves. We are reporting this company to watch dog and the police and will be taking this further. Beware of T.D. Robinson

However, the plumber engineer that works for DW is fine and works well (additional star or it was 1 only).
