I moved to FL six years ago and was visiting for two weeks, so time was of the essence in getting these documents prepared. He drafted all the documents we needed and had them back to us within two days. He was very accommodating. Mr. Campbell did exactly what we asked, with both courtesy and respect. At the end when I asked for a refund of a small amount of $600-700, they billed me that day for 3.7 hours... years later... so they didn't have to refund me. Well they suddenly booked 3.7 hours 2 YEARS later. For what? For sending me a bill. Liars and cheaters. Amy Crank bills like she's an attorney and she's a glorified secretary. Sad story over there. They had been un-stapled and then just thrown in a file out of order when I collected them After an hour of trying to put them back together I had to give up. That was how much of a mess they left me with. When I told them I wanted them back as I had given them, they were surly and rude about it. I was also forced 3 times to sign a declaration that a document was accurate (under penalty of perjury) without being able to see the documents or check it for errors before hand. This is because they do everything last minute (and they admitted to this) and it is done by young admin who do not know what they are doing. When I did eventually receive a copy of the documents I had signed for, they were so factually incorrect that I was shocked. They had made up statements and there were so many basic spelling and grammatical errors that a high school student would have done a better job. I even had to correct these for them too. Despite these corrections, the documents were then sent to the court without being corrected and could not be amended. This made me look like I was a liar and the lawyers look incompetent! They will not call you back when they say they will and I have recorded all my conversations with this company. They are rude, not supportive and just about the money. They do not communicate basic information and employ one lawyer part-time, but will not tell you this up front. Anyone who wants to know more can contact me freely. I am making a formal complaint against them. STAY AWAY.

She didn't get our property survey tied to our title insurance. We asked for power-of-attorney for my wife weeks before the close (who was scheduled to give birth a few days before the close). Michelle notified us after she delivered that she now needed to go to the bank to have the POA notarized (my wife could barely walk at the time). This last minute POA also almost forced the bank to delay the close - luckily our lender pushed it through. Overall, we felt like we were just one of many transactions Michelle processed that month - no attention or care given to us as individual clients. Would definitely not recommend.
