I ordered an item that i had to sign for. Delivery was supposed to happen Feb 06 that was a Sunday. This would have worked out perfect as I am normally home on Sundays. They got delayed. So first attempt happened on monday. Needless to say that came during office hours and I was not home. As soon as i saw that on the app i went online to see what my options were. AND my optioms were ............ none. I could not put a hold on it for collection, i could not request an alternative delivery address to my business address. They just kept attempting delivry over the next few days placing door tags on my doors with no luck. I asked them to get their driver to phone when he is on the way to my. Not one call. Parcel got returned to sender. There is a reason fedex is mocked on in social media as the worst currier company out there. Parcells is constantly damaged, no customer care. Wish companies would stop using them or at least give a person the option to choose the currier you want to use. Fedex will not be chosen once i am sure. Fedex sucks!!!!! read more
