You may not agree with view of the Railroad Administration. After working most of my life in Federally Funded Programs, I have to commend them for the enormity of the job they do. In my eyes there's not enough funding. I'm aware of all the downfalls. I hate that issues take years to be resolved. I pray solutions for safety issues will be a budget priority. I remember the day when that was Always the case. Over the years I saw things turn ugly. Non essential budget items remain funded while life safety issue drag on for years due to underfunding. I think they used a lot of creativity in the Railroad Building that was once a historic U.S. Post Office. It is interesting to say the least. When you visit New York City take a look at the James A. Farley Building. It's hard to read in my photos but here's the quote across the top of the entrance.
