Absolutely horrendous service. If I could give this business minus 100 stars, I would. I have been waiting at home just a few miles from the West Chesterfield depot for 8 days straight for a Direct Signature Required package of hazardous materials that is not eligible to be held for pickup or to be redirected to a different delivery address. The package was supposed to be delivered Fri Nov 28 2025. It is now Fri Dec 5 2025. Every single day for 8 days, the FedEx app has told me my package was "Out for Delivery", only for them to miss the delivery window, then not show up before "the end of the day" (which is supposed to mean 8:00 PM, but in reality, they quit work before 7:30 PM), and for them to tell me the package will be delivered the next day, only for the enitre cycle to be repeated. To make matters worse, the shipment was two packages, one of which is signature required, the other not, which managed to get delivered Thu Dec 4, but two packages to the same address, both a week late, did not even get put onto the same truck. The FedEx tracking map has been unavailable all week until today, and I watched as the truck supposedly containing my package was on the other end of town, until the delivery window expired, after which FedEx will no longer let you see the tracking map. I have called 1-800-GoFedEx three times this week and read them the riot act, but it is obviously a call center in the Philippines, where the people have no power to do anything, at all, except read from a script. I can barely understand them through the thick accent, and I am Filipino-American! Do not bother calling the local number for the depot, as they will not answer the phone. They opened up a package trace on Mon Dec 1, and nothing has come of it, with the ticket being unceremoniously closed on Thu Dec 4 after only the one package was delivered, and not even the one that is Direct Signature Required. FedEx keeps claiming that the delays are due to "high package volume" and "dangerous weather", but aside from one day of snow in the past 8 days, after which the roads here in New England were immediately cleared, because we get over 8 feet of snow a year, so we are prepared for it; there has been no "dangerous weather", at all. And in any case, even if they are experiencing "high package volume" and weather delays, it is inconceivable that their systems would not automatically prioritize packages the later they get. I would bet you good green money that packages that arrived at the depot later than mine have been delivered. The level of sheer incompetence of this company is astounding, and their CEO needs to be fired. FedEx, the company that literally invented overnight package delivery and package tracking, whose slogan was "When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight," is an epic disaster now. Friends don't let friends ship via FedEx. Worst company ever. read more

They never deliver on time. They ruined my Christmas business by not delivering my product for cyber Monday. Now I need this product. I paid a lot of money for international shipping to have the items delayed again!!!! read more

Federal Express - Here we go again. I have been here all day. We are not closed. Please start doing your jobs and deliver packages - West Chesterfield, New Hampshire

This is the 2nd time FedEx has delivered my package to another person. Not only that but both deliveries happened to be big ticket furniture items. They have delivered to my building countless times!!! So why does this co to he to be a problem. Not only that the second item they delivered didn't require signature from the seller and FedEx still got a signature from someone who wasn't even me!! What the actual fuck? Get your shit together FedEx at this specific location. You are costing people time, money and stress! read more

They will not deliver packages to my house. They leave them where ever they please and then I have to hunt for them and carry them to my house. There are no issues with my driveway and plenty of room to turn around, which all other delivery drivers do. read more

My delivery from Hungryroot was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. It was on the truck for delivery but that night it was moved to Monday it was again on the truck for delivery but then again tonight it's been bumped to tomorrow. It's food so of course I don't want it now as I'm sure the dry ice has melted and the food is bad. Hungryroot refunded me but calling FedEx to have them cancel the delivery has been a nightmare. Was on the phone for 47 mins transferred three times and the last person hung up on me. I don't know how FedEx is still in business if this is how they do business. read more

for the past 10 days, every day, I have been lied to by phone and email, that my shipment was being delivered. They gave me the drivers name and time he would deliver for each day. I am still waiting..... oh, I forgot, they claimed they tried to deliver my package to my home, but no one was home to sign and accept. We were home all day, and the delivery order calls for NO SIGNATURE. ONE BIG LIE.... How dose FEDEX allow this????? read more

Our driver is terrible with deliveries. We've been waiting four days for a package that requires signature. Day 1 and 2 we were home all day. We even left a sign at the end of the driveway to let the driver know we were home, asking him to even honk upon arrival. We got a text each day that said recipient was not available. Not true. Event UPS delivered in Day 2. We tried to calling the shipping center in West Chesterfield NH (which the tracking number indicated that it was coming from there) but learned it doesn't exist. When you call customer service you get connected to the Philippines. I filed a complaint, 2nd time in a year, and no one follows up when you are told they will. We had the package rerouted to a local drop off. Now getting messages that they will let us know when it starts moving again. Still waiting got the package!! Last year we had a case of wine coming which requires a signature. We were not home and the driver forged my signature and left the case at our house in the summer sitting in the sun for a week while we were traveling. If I could rate them a zero I would. read more

Delivery drivers are incompetent and appear to steal products instead of delivering them.

One star is only because it wouldn't let me put none. This company sucks. Keep delaying my delivery because of weather. What they can't deliver when it's blue skys and sunshine really?? This is really getting on my nerves. If I can drive to work in a damn blizzard they can deliver when the damn suns out. read more

They delivered my package at left it near the top of the hill. If it was not for good neighbors I would not have received my package. It is ridiculous trying to get a person on the phone. You need to get past their so called computer recording. They have left a package at a previous address that we have not lived at for several years. It took numerous phone calls and 4 days to get a package that had to be delivered to a store. It was a Christmas present. There is no local or I should say there is no published local number for the distribution center in W.Chesterfield NH. They deserve a negative numbers for both delivery and customer service. read more

I was waiting for a package for 5 days it's been on a truck West chest field nh has been disconnected and they don't have a live agent

Our package was in the hands of FedEx on November 22nd. We live 20 minutes away from the West Chesterfield distribution center. Today is the 28th and still no delivery. The FedEx drive. ..Emerson (?)....had an argument with one of our neighbors on his last deliver. Before that day, we had regular delivers by him. Since then...crickets. He's holding our package and hides behind delivery codes (we assume) because he does not want to deliver here. We tried calling customer support, and it:s all off-shore. They make promises they can't keep. Someone needs to grow up and do the job they were hired to do. read more

was 200 yds from our house and then turned around and went a different direction possibly the worst delivery service known to man

Like other reviewers, I am compelled to comment upon The West Chesterfield NH Fedex station because they don't do their job, they lie about not doing their job, and they shouldn't be in business. This week I was held hostage waiting for a delivery that required a signature for 4 days. Every day I was told the package was being delivered, every day by late afternoon I received notice that an attempt at delivery was made but not completed because I was not at home. (As others have noted, this is their MO. I was at home, I work at home, I was here all day.) I called the Fedex customer service number at least two of these days, and they are of no help. They cannot contact this station; they repeated that a delivery was attempted (during my first conversation); they stated that no delivery had yet been attempted (during my first conversation with a supervisor); they reported that they tried to call me about the situation and left a message (they did not); etc. I talked to at least 6 people, none of them said the same thing. I only received the delivery once I told them that I would be taking them to small claims court under the MA Consumer Protection Law. This is not an empty threat. I have prepared the demand letter, and the next time this happens I am going to deliver it to them. I have spent two years being lied to by them; this is two years too many. read more

My story is the same as the rest. For three days my notifications said that my snow tires were on a truck and would be delivered that day. I took time off work to go to my mechanics and have the tires swapped and they have not arrived. No one answeres the phone and the national line refuses to let me speak to anyone above the lowest level representative. read more

Lazy, incompetent liars. See if any of this sounds familiar: - Package on FedEx vehicle, out for delivery 4:30am - Package will arrive between 10:00am an 2:00pm - We attempted to deliver at 4:40pm and nobody was home or the business was closed. All nonsense, all falsified info entered into the FedEx system by lazy, lying West Chesterfield employees and owners. The owner won't pay overtime, so anything undelivered by 4:30 gets taken back to the warehouse and the lies begin. Create a Complaint with FedEx national every time and get this franchise dumped. And then demand that companies use UPS to deliver your puchase. read more

The FedEx Chesterfield New Hampshire. Does not deliver the packages on time. Only delay by 2-3 days or delivered to the wrong address. We have called and complained over and over again but nothing is ever done about it. read more

Cannot rate this FedEx office low enough, everytime something gets delivered to this office on a Wednesday - Friday morning, even at 8 AM, it gets assigned a "Delivery Exception" and sits there until the following Monday or Tuesday. The office is only 22 miles from my home. I have call the national FedEx office multiple times about this issue and they cannot explain it, they put me on hold while trying to contact the West Chesterfield office and then state they cannot contact anyone but will followup and get back with me. Never get a return call. In reading other reviews for this facility seems much of the same problems, why can nothing be done about this? Very frustrated customer read more

Have been WAITING for 4 days for my shipment!! Everyday I am told it is ON ITS WAY and every EVENING I am told it's DELAYED!!

Was expecting a delivery today then they said they could not find my house but this delivery has come to me once a month for three years it's my dog's food and all of a sudden they can't find my house after calling I'm now told I can't get it delivered until Monday and nowhere around here carries the dog food I need read more

Fed Exa Chesterfield NH said my package was delivered at 4pm on Thursday & left at the front door- When in reality no package was left at my door. Where is my package. Filed a claim... it's been days to no avail read more

This is the second time they haven't delivered a package. They claim they've made a "delivery attempt" but it's bullsh** I'm literally home all the time and not once have i seen them attempt delivery. I've had deliveries from other FedEx locations and they always deliver my packages. Its a shame because they must be stealing them or else how else would they not be delivered? I even filed a claim with FedEx and they admitted it was lost then a few days later it was marked as delivered WHICH IS NOT TRUE. like how much do you hate your job to not do the simple tasks you're supposed to do. I'm literally never ordering from my favorite store again because I am tired of dealing with the bs. read more

I would give this place a minus 5 stars. I took the day off from work because my package said it was on the truck I have a spare tire on my car and I am leaving for vacation saterday now tire places close at noon on Saturday so it said they were on the truck and be delivered bye end of day Friday. Well I sat home all day waiting not doing other things to get ready to leave so that I didn't miss them to wait until Friday night and call and be told my package was taken off the truck. Well that would have been nice to know. I want to know who decides what packages get taken off and why is there no message sent. From tea the other reviews I have decided to file a complaint with the better business bureau. I encourage everyone one else to do the same read more

I would give FedEx a minus 1 star if it was available. The last few months my packages have been left up at my mailbox. My driveway is fine--I pay to keep it safe and driving easy. I pay to receive delivery to my home--not the dirt or snow bank up at my mailbox. Even if I did not have a broken wrist--I still have to ask for help or drive up myself to pick up my packages. One box was left in the snow bank over night with liquids...box was also soaked. Luckily nothing was damaged, except labels. The last few years, I have received my packages at my home. perfectly well. All good. I am not sure what has happened at this location or with my driver...but I am the person yelling from my door at you! I finally got help to make delivery instructions--to deliver to my home. Should I have to ask???? read more

Why is this location still in business. 0 of my last 4 packages were delivered.... to my address, only God knows where they went.

Less than one star actually .... have had no less than 5 phone calls to the 800 number to resolve my lost package total 5 hours of wasted time just to continuously be told "it has been delivered" well it has not been delivered to my address ... so apparently as long as they put your package on any random doorstep and take a photo that counts as being delivered .. going on three weeks and still no refund because they refuse to put into "lost package status" read more

Yup, this FedEx location sucks, your package will sit there for days. When you call customer service they say high volume is to blame and say they can't contact them and say they don't have a phone number read more

So, it's true, this location for Fed Ex stinks. I have been waiting for 3 days while my package has sat there, they keep changing delivery days. I tried to call and FedEx Corp stated that they may be overwhelmed. Really? Stay away from this place and FedEx for shipping. #GoBrown read more

Well, the package didn't arrive Friday. These people have had me locked down for a week. Supposed to arrive on Monday, Jan 10, . Tuesday tracking said there was no date set for delivery. Wednesday morning tracking said that the package would arrive by the end of day--it didn't, however we had to cancel an afternoon appointment so that we could be home if it did come. Was told by tracking that it would arrive Thursday by end of day--it didn't. Was told by tracking it would arrive Friday by end of day--it didn't. Now they say it will arrive by end of day on Monday. Never Ever Trust Fedex from this location. FedEx always changes the "scheduled" delivery, usually around 4pm on the day of. The drivers are nice but their company kind of Sicks. USPS is better at delivery dates and NO COMPARISON to UPS. It's 2019 and these goof balls, sorry, "KEVIN" in India forgets we have high speed internet and can figure out we're being lied to. I guess if you tell enough customers enough lies, you start to believe them yourself. UPS delivered a package to the wrong address. Once I got through India and made contact from the local hub, my package was here literally in minutes. Point is when you talk to someone that speaks Vermont as a First language and is Local.......Shit gets done! WTF are we farming out customer service? Ya I know.......Profit over people. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. My package was due on Thursday but no...the street number was wrong. It wasn't. On Friday tried calling, number disconnected. I called FedEx 800 number they assured me the address was correct and my package would arrive by 8 pm. I turned on my outside lights so there was no problem seeing the way to the front door. This time the excuse was we were not home! Now we wait til Monday. I have changed the delivery to a FedEx drop off location at Walgreens. Maybe he can find that! Not sure who runs this location, but I intend to find out. read more
