When I complained to the doctor that I received a 30 minute massage and paid for an hour, he increduously blamed it on me for only being on time and not early. Then gave me a quick mediocre adjustment and asked me to buy an overpriced package before running out the door. It was noon on Friday. So he must have had a golf appointment to get too.
