However, there are some vehicles that are allowed to be parked in the parking lot, just not for individuals who are handicapped. Completely discriminatory against the disabled and handicapped population. I watched the Deputy Sheriff, Toni Jackson, force a handicapped man with a rolling walker to walk himself to the TARPS bus instead of offering to push him since she was too busy on her personal cell phone. To offer the services that they do here, this place is truly a disappointment. The county should relocate it to a more accessible location and maybe hire more considerate staff. So disappointing.
