There is no better than Faze 4. Bob Forman is not only insightful, professional and exceedingly knowledgeable, he takes the time and care to help create a one-of-a-kind magical day for the bride, groom, family and friends. Bob held our hands every step of the way, gave his honest feedback (even when it was the complete opposite of what I wanted) with the understanding he is a true expert in the field of wedding music and I just trusted his word. Bob is rock royalty. My now husband and I visited Faze 4 with the hope of booking the original band. Being previously booked the day of our wedding we decided to hire Christopher Michaels, as their energy was strongly felt through the recordings we watched. Throughout the months leading up to the wedding the one piece of our day that caused absolutely no stress and anxiety was the music. This was wholeheartedly due to the relationship Bob had formed with us. Bob knew my husband and I were unconventional from the start. He had us visit the office a few weeks before the wedding to go over our requests in person as he wanted to make sure he completely understood what we were looking for. We had a few song requests that were not on the usual "playlist" and more so, we had requested an acoustic guitar/singer for the ceremony as we wanted the processional/recessional songs sung. Bob scrambled to make this happen for us. There were a few gut-wrenching minutes that appeared as though this was not in our cards, but in the end Bob pulled through. The day of the wedding was upon us. Guests were blown away by the idea of having a singer at the ceremony. It added to the celebration, really enforced how happy of an occasion this day was. Black bird singing in the dead of night....words that walked the groom and bridal party down the aisle. And with the first few notes of Bruno Mars' "Just the way you are" out came me with my parents. Steve was on point. Magical. Beautiful. He had come in from doing a gig the night before - on his way to another gig with the Original Faze 4 with a pit stop at our wedding. His voice was tantalizing. It was exactly as I imagined it. Even better. Fast forward an hour and here comes the reception. Christopher Michaels and his band ROCKED THE HOUSE!!!!!!! Every song we asked them not to play, every song we asked them to play (even the last minute requests from a week prior; even the song that was nothing more than a demo version of a widely popular rock song) - everything was honored. All 240 guests danced the day away - only sitting down to eat. Barely. It was literally as if the actual bands of each song had graced us with their presence. But even better. They demanded attention. And got it. They added passion and excitement and talent; they brought colors to life. The Christopher Michaels Band made this wedding an event of a lifetime. The night was Saturday May 4th 2013 and the event was Jaime and Monica's wedding. We knew the night was going to be special, but what occurred was "magical". Your music, the singing and non-stop performance kept the energy of the occasion going strong from the time you started till the encore at the end of the night (or should I say early hours of the morning). The dance floor was jammed the entire evening and our guests could not help but keep dancing. Each number you played was better than the previous one. When we finally did stop for dinner, we loved that your incredible band member serenaded everyone through dinner with his beautiful voice and superb guitar playing. When we first met Bob, more than a year before the wedding date you walked us through all the details and told us that in effect you and the band would help to control the tempo of the night. Well you certainly did, Anyone looking for a perfectly orchestrated and managed event should look no further. Bob you worked the crowd exactly as you said you would and kept all the important events of the evening moving along so that there was no time wasted and most of those precious five hours dedicated to having a great time. Some of the highlights included the amazing bongo drum player, soloists performances and your star singers. With almost 300 people in attendance you began and ended the night on such a high that almost everyone stayed to the last number. We appreciate the encore, we had never seen that at a wedding and I think most people believed that it was a concert performance with a dance floor!. We had the most AMAZING experience having the Original Faze 4 Band at our wedding in June. Music is extremely important to me as I have been singing in choirs most of my life, and they had come recommended by a very reputable vendor in the Westchester area. When I went to their website to listen, and called for initial information, I knew this was the band that I wanted for our wedding. Their sound is superb from the music to their voices and the energy they create in their performance, and so many of our guests were saying about Faze 4, "They are absolutely fantastic, where did you find them?!" Some said they felt they were at a professional concert, and others said they wanted to have a party just to have them play again (I whole heartedly agreed)! They were really kind, professional, and extraordinarily talented, and I knew they wanted to make sure that the day was perfect and that everyone was happy and having a great time. I was so happy with the music and with them that I hugged each and every one of them at the end of the wedding. I truly could not have imagined a band that would have met my expectations and exceeded them the way Faze 4 did, especially on such a meaningful and special day in our lives. I will always remember what a highlight the music and dancing was. We also had their string quartet for the ceremony and keyboard player for the cocktail hour; all were delightful. It's only been a few days since our wedding and we cannot stop thinking about what an amazing job True Blue did. When first meeting with Faze 4 we told them that we wanted our guests to be dancing the entire night. That really happened - no one left the dance floor! Their playlist was exactly what we wanted. They included a variety of music; from Motown to rock to music that has just been released! They really energized the crowd and set the tone for the whole evening. We were a little concerned that the father daughter dance was unfamiliar to the band. But True Blue really captured the essence of Forever Young, by Bob Dylan. Throughout the entire night, we had guests coming up to us telling us how amazing our band is. They are still talking about them and some friends who are not yet married are even saying they want them to play at their wedding! At the end of the night, after the last song was played, our guests began chanting, "One more song" and the band happily played an additional song! Our wedding night was truly fabulous and memorable. We had Scott Yanney play our wedding at the Inn at New Hyde Park on Friday 9/23/2016. They were UNBELIEVABLE! I knew that I always wanted live music at our wedding, but my husband on the other hand was a little skeptical. He was nervous that a band would sound "cheesy" doing current music...and I understood his concern. This was NOT THE CASE! Scott and his band mates were incredible. At first I was nervous because Faze 4 doesn't offer the opportunity to see the band in person prior to booking. You meet with a manager, watch videos/you tube videos and take a chance. Based on reviews we decided to go for it. We had met with Bob, the company owner a month or so before our wedding and discussed our vision for the evening. We brought ideas of what type of music we liked...but at the end of the meeting our major message was that "we want people dancing" Our dance floor was ALWAYS PACKED....the ENTIRE evening. Scott knows how to read and work a crowd. We got so many compliments on the band...it truly made the evening! Bob and Original Faze 4 band just played at my wedding and made the night absolutely amazing. My wedding would not have been the same without Faze 4. From the moment we entered the ballroom they had the party up and dancing throughout the entire night. They absolutely crushed our first dance song and entrance song, my husband and I were in awe of how great they sounded!! They played a great mix of songs and everyone was in love with the songs they played. The band itself was incredible and sounded amazing no matter what song they played. Bob and the entire Faze 4 staff was amazing to work with. My now-husband and I live out of state so my parents met with Bob in the hopes of finding a band for our wedding. They called us from the Faze 4 offices and said they had booked the band Play by Play. They had been blown away by the videos and reviews of the band as were we once we looked online. Bob and his staff were so helpful as we were planning the songs for the wedding. They made recommendations based on their experiences and were very accommodating to our ideas. As the wedding day grew closer they were in constant contact with us making sure everything was perfect. My dad wrote a song for the father/daughter dance which the band played flawlessly. My dad was thrilled to hear his song place so perfectly live. They played a wide array of songs which we loved. Our guests had a blast as did we. Cannot tell you how happy my wife and I are that we had the Original Faze 4 at our wedding. A large percentage of the guests either told us that it was best wedding band they had ever heard or that they had never danced so much in their life. My wife and i may only have sat down for about 30 min total. It is rare to find a band that can play rock, 80's and pop-dance songs well---and this band does all 3 very well. Bob is the owner of the company but also plays with the original band--so you are getting the very best when you hire this band---professional and read to please. They had no problem tailoring the set list to our liking and really just blew the doors off. I have now seen them three times and have definitely noticed that for older, more inclusive crowds they have slowed down the tempo, played more disco for an older group, etc.....but if you just give them the go-ahead and tell them you want the dance party of your life.....you will get it and then some. Project Madison deliver an AMAZING performance - the video shows that but, if you can believe it, it does not do them justice! Ed their bandleader, was very responsive and helpful leading up to the wedding day, providing sound advice but also going with what we wanted for the day. They learned three songs for our wedding, and really made our first dance and other dances special. They are extremely versatile in what they can play and what they can learn, and singers came around and worked through the crowd, engaging people and really playing to guests. We received tons of compliments on their performance during and after the wedding. My husband and I remarked to each other several times that we wished we could hear them at a time that was not so hectic so we could just watch their performance (we may actually try to do that). The Michael Kane Band provided the entertainment for our daughter's wedding at Temple Beth El last weekend. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, and talent they brought from start to finish. Michael was a joy to work with and made it easy for my daughter and fiance to decide what they wanted from all the offerings. Michael was equally enthusiastic, wanting to create a music list that reflected the bride and groom's personalities and taste. The talent in the band was top notch and the dance floor was full all night long with our guests of all ages. Michael was the ultimate professional when announcing the events of the night. I've always believed that if you want a good party then you need to have a good band. We had an EXCELLENT wedding party due to the FABULOUS Next Faze orchestra (part of Faze 4 Orchestras). The guests could not stop raving and everyone had a wonderful time. At the end of the evening after they announced the last song, the crowd demanded an encore ... and they obliged! What further enhanced our enjoyment was the obvious passion and enjoyment that the band exhibits in their work. The Original Faze 4 was the first and only band we wanted for our August 14, 2011 wedding. We heard so many rave reviews about them that were all true! They seriously know how to keep a dance floor packed the entire night! You do not have to tell them one song that you want to hear, as they play every single current top hit and sound exactly like the original artists. We added in vocals from Steven to our ceremony and it was an extra special, amazing touch. Bob is such a pleasure to work with and everyone cannot stop talking about how unbelievable our band was! Sound System was Brilliant, Bob from Faze 4 was an absolute pleasure to work with. We changed all of our wedding plans at the last minute due to Covid. Sound System and Faze 4 were so flexible with us and our new plan. They were the most accommodating vendor we dealt with. We were hesitant about picking a band for our wedding since we are out of state, and we did not want the "typical wedding band." We were so happy with our choice. Sound Image MADE our wedding. From the moment they started playing music for the procession down aisle to the very last song of the night, our guests were captivated by how amazing the band sounded.
