We chose 4 different mezzes and a portion of lamb to share. Everything was delicious, the food was so flavorful. It's difficult to pick any particular item to highlight because they were all so but the pumpkin, the stuffed grape leaves and the lamb definitely are a must! The taste of homemade food comes across with every bite from beginning to end. They open for lunch from 2-5pm only, not sure if these are the hours all year round or only in the summer. The tables are all outdoor in their garden which adds a relaxing atmosphere to the dining experience.

My husband had the aubergine kebab (Patlicanli) for 350 TL, which had pieces of kofte plus rice, peppers, tomatoes, onion, a stack of lavash and a side salad with a salsa. It was an incredible meal. I highly recommend giving Elit Life a try when you visit Ilica and Cesme. The ambience was serene. We ate out in the back patio on a beautiful sunny day. There were a few other patrons but it wasn't overly crowded. We leave Ilica tomorrow after being here for 10 days. I only wish we had discovered this gem sooner.
