The location was nicely decorated very clean and easy to locate. They offer any number of services that includes full body waxing for both men and women, Full lash extensions any number of various facials spray tanning brow tinting air brush make up application Eye lift treatment and back facials. My appt today was with Lillie for a Brazilian Wax, facial and Dermaplane. I have been waxing for well over 25 years and I found my visit to be very quick very thorough and I will most definitely continue my waxing here. I had always seen many post on Instagram showing how great the skin looked after derma facials and I wasn't disappointed with how great my skin looked and how illuminated it was after this particular treatment I would highly recommend it! The only small small complaint I had is the young lady at the front desk was extremely kind and very thorough but went to a rather long spiel with each client that came in which was a little distracting because you could hear them talking during my relaxation and facial I think if she simply asked client if they were familiar and had previously received various treatments she may not have to go through the longer spiel and each time a client walked in but other than that no other concerns. She is doing her job and I understand that. Prices are comparable to the surrounding market. I've booked my next appt and I look forward to sending my boyfriend as well.

The young lady greeted me with a wonderful smile, and paperwork to fill out. The waiting area was clean, and offered many products for sale. The service room was neat, and tidy. Kat offered a warm bed, clean robe and hair band. The service was amazing. Kat not only did a wonderful job with my facial Dermaplane, she offered a wonderful neck, shoulder and arm massage. The oils, lotions and products she used smelt amazing! And my results were awesome! My face wasn't bright red and I was able to continue on with my day as if Dermaplane didn't happen 30 minutes prior. I highly recommend Kat, and her team. My next 6-week appointment is booked.

EDITED: removed two stars. When I got into my swimming suit on my first day of vacation (48 hours…read moreafter the sugaring) I realized there were TONS of spots of hair on my upper legs. If I was not on a cruise ship where it was hard to get shave gel and razors I would have probably just shaved. I don't know if it is because they are more fine hairs on my upper legs, but there were giant patches of hair missed. I have never had this happen in my standard waxing experiences. I was shocked how much hair was left on my upper legs (baby fine hair) and over both knees. If this is a difference in sugaring versus waxing I will definitely have to stick with waxing as it looked like I had no hair removal done at all in big patches. Sooo bummed. ---- Original review: Overall a good experience. They were friendly and helpful making my appointments and the facility is clean. They're also easy to find. I had a number of services head to toe so they split my time between two estheticians. The first one was good but I felt like she talked almost too much. It felt forced and I am sure she was just trying to distract me but I just kinda wish I'd have been able to lay there quietly. I had asked to leave a strip of hair and she did but it was lop-sided and looked funny. I didn't realize it until I got home and ended up having to just shave the small area. The second girl was very friendly but was better and reading me and didn't push conversations. When it slowed down she let me sit quietly. She did a very good job and was even willing to clean up a few missed hairs by the first woman. I'm not sure I think sugaring is less painful than watching (which is what I'd heard and was why I tried it) but overall it was a good experience. If I went back I'd ask for the 2nd girl to do my whole service. Her name was Megan but she joked that they should call her "Emily" because there's 3 Megans that work there.

I showed up for my appointment and the doors were locked. No one was anywhere around this spa. I waited for about 20 minutes until I drove off. I called and left a message saying I was there for my appointment. I got a call back a few days later. The woman had a thick southern country accent and apologized as she has scheduled me for the wrong day. I decided I would again try again. The customer service here is awful because I called for a week straight and got no answer. It's a day spa, shouldn't it be open during the day? Anyway I finally got around to making an appointment and went yesterday to get a facial. Apparently the woman who answers the phone is the owner and she is also the so called licensed esthetician who I received my facial from. This was the absolute worst facial I have ever had. Not only did this woman jab my face with what felt like a knife but she wouldn't shut her mouth as I was trying to relax. After my facial was over I got dressed and walked out. Every spa I have ever been to I have been offered water after the procedure. I was not offered anything. If I hadn't given her my gift certificate I think she probably still would have stood there when I walked out. The woman was completely ignorant and I will not be going back. To make things worse I left this spa and was on my way to pick my dog up from being groomed. I listened to my messages on my cell phone then looked at my phone and there was oil dripping off my head, neck, and ears. SICK!!! She over oiled me and now I looked like I had been in a pool of oil. A good facial will leave you feeling cleansed. I felt so dirty I had to go home and immediately jump in the shower!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have never been told this at any other hair salon I've been to and believe me I've been to some really high end salons. After I told her I didn't have time available to come back In a few days she said ok and mixed up my color. I felt as if she didn't want to take the time to do my hair. The entire time she was coloring my hair she never once spoke to me. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. The only thing she said to me was to hold on while she mixed up more color and to hold on while she greeted another client who came in. That's it!!!! Maybe because I was using a Groupon she felt it ok to be rude to me or not treat me as she would someone who was paying full price. The lady who cut my hair was very nice and I will say the color and cut looked great but it wasn't really what I asked for and the colorist could definitely use some customer service training.
