Terrible Real estate Broker, very unethical. I would not do business with this person. I'm surprised to see good reviews of him. Purchased a house from him in 2021 and he failed to disclose things, and owes us money. He owned the house and was the broker. We not only found he didn't disclose things, turns out he also had unpaid taxes to the city. He was dragging his feet to pay the taxes, and we had to meet a deadline. Said he'd pay them, but had to wait for his previous partners to ok it, so we paid them, and he is now refusing to pay us back unless we sign a document holding him harmless from other damages he's caused us. Maintenance nightmare. As a property manager this man is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I moved in March 2021 and have had a broken cabinet and electrical socket smack in the middle of my living room that doesn't work. I was told to buy an extension cord and plug it in one that works. I stuck it through and gave up on that problem. Landscaping is also supposed to be 3 times a month and I've had to text/call him every month for the landscapers to come just ONCE a month IF THAT. Grass grows very tall and I have short-legged dogs that track in dirt because of it. Very unprofessional will not respond for days, there's no communication or apologies on his end. If I knew I'd be caught up in the mess of his unorganized ways of running a property I would've stayed where I was at. He needs to hire someone to manage properties cause clearly he needs assistance. read more

Like most first time buyers I was a bit lost in the process of purchasing my first home. As I searched on Redfin I fell prey to "contact one of our realtors today" link. Best agent and highly recommend. I graduated with a M.S. in Aerospace Engineering and am a genius in rocket science, but Fausto is the genius of business and Real Estate. After you hear the story you will understand and will want Fausto as your agent for every purchase. As a first time buyers my brother and I had been looking for the right deal for many months. Every so often I would contact Fausto to go look at a property and even a few times we placed offers that were beat out by cash deals from another buyer. After months of searching we had finally found a house in the right location, right price, and an offer that the seller considered. With Fausto's knowledge of the real estate process we accepted the counter offer and after opening escrow we paid for an inspection. We knew there was issues with the property and the thorough inspection gave us and Fausto negotiating power. Fausto was able to negotiate an excellent deal for us that we would think crazy to pass up. Everything up to now we were happy with and the process had gone great while in Fausto's hands, then the loan process started. As first time buyers we wanted to go with our bank, which is a well known big branch, for the mortgage loan. Having been pre approved for more than the home was valued we thought the process would be quick, but it went down hill before it started. After giving the bank every document they requested the first appraiser was sent to the property. Some minor fixes were needed before proceeding and Fausto negotiated again with the seller to take care of the fixes for the appraisal. After the second appraisal cleared it seems the bank had closed are file and needed to start from the beginning all over again. They started requesting documents that were already sent and progress was going real slow. At first the bank said by next week we will close and every deadline they gave us just dragged on more and more. Luckily we had Fausto to step in. He started to contact every manager, and boss of that manager and continue up the ladder within corporate. You can imagine the seller starting to wonder after 30 days in escrow if we were serious. Fausto kept in contact with the seller to assure them that we were serious and how the bank process had become very disorganized. After 40 days in escrow and over 20 days in the loan process it was ridiculous that the bank requested certain documents all of which could have been requested and provided on day 1. Fausto made our concerns of the unorganized loan process known to the underwriters and loan processors as well as up the chain in corporate to the VP level. After having to pull contingencies in escrow the only thing keeping the seller from pulling the deal was Fausto and his contact with the bank, and the sellers agent. After 60 days in escrow I was fed up I could imagine the seller was ready to pull the deal and keep our deposit. After the longest loan process which I have ever heard of, the bank was ready with the documents for escrow. Back in Fausto's hands, he had the bank expedite the documents to the escrow office and within the same day we were there to sign closing documents. The next morning Fausto gave us the good news that escrow was closed and we got the keys to our new home. If you have read this far then you now know Fausto has gone above and beyond, he is knowledgeable in his field and the field of business, is reliable, experienced, and will overcome any challenge that is presented. Even with the roller coaster ride of the process, Fausto represented us better than we could have ever done for ourselves, treated us like family and professional clients. Faustos amazing job as an agent has really out shined the bad events that occurred. I am happy in my bed, living in a home I own, happy with the deal we made, and will continue to refer Fausto to everyone who is thinking of purchasing a home or investment property.
