I rarely come here. The food is pricey but good. The reason I'm putting 3 stars is the condition of the building. I've lived in this area for 13 years. It wasn't in good condition back then.. and the upkeep has certainly been going downhill ever since. If i had never been here before and came here.. I wouldn't probably order from this place. I would think they put in the same effort into the quality of the food as the conditions of the property. I hate to sound nit picky and I usually won't mention stuff like this often. But it's been needing attention for a LONG TIME. Signage is old. Trash. Paint on the side of the building is chipped off. Weeds. I love this burger, but the bigger the order the messier it gets. I frankly don't give a damn because a Fatburger is about flavor, consistency and an overall quality product. It's not fancy. It's a burger stand, not one masked as a burger stand, and the food is made to order. The patty is formed right in front of you with some spice thrown on top. The fries are fresh cut and not frozen and you get the option of Fat fries or Skinny fries. Get the Fat fries. You decide what goes in your burger, but I get it all the way with both mustard and mayo. This time I went for the double. Dayum! It was huge and yes, it was messy but like I said it didn't bother me as I knew it was going to be one of the best burgers, EVER! The party was very juicy but not greasy. Whatever spice they throw in the party really brings out the flavor of the meat. The veggies are fresh and the fries are perfectly friend to a golden color. Every time I'm in LV Fatburger is my go-to place. If I visit Cali I make sure to find a Fatburger since there isn't one in Texas. Seriously give this place a try. This place has been a staple for Henderson fast food for ages. The restaurant is clean, the staff is great, and they're taking covid precautions seriously like requiring a mask in their drive thru (which a lot of places aren't doing?) HORRIBLE FOOD , I grew up coming to Fatburger and I haven't had it in years so I decided to get some today and this is what I was given I payed over $30 for this crap , food was cold over salted I could see the salt and all over the bag and when I called to complain a girl answered saying "oh well I can't do anything sorry about that" and will not let me talk to her manager how funny ,and I got her name it's Jackie, I really hope a manager will see this and take action with her .will never come back to any Fatburger I use to work in food for 4 years when you mess up an order that bad you get a refund or a new order but I bet she essentially even a manager ! This place deserves a zero rating. My family went to this restaurant today and had 2 skinny burgers with cheese on both and a kids meal. Both burgers was made with pieces of torn up patties served very sloppy. My 4 year olds burger was priced wrong... when we confronted the cashier about the bill and the look of the burgers....her answer was both burgers are made like that on purpose... I told her I never had those burgers in the past looking that way... she didnt seem to care. When we mentioned about the kids burger being priced wrong... she told us we are wrong when it clearly states on the menu board the price is 9.69 cents.... we got charged 11.99 cents on our bill. Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries w/2 sodas for $39. That is a crazy price for 2 people, could have gone to Red Robin and had endless fries and service for that price but we were there and we knew the prices before hand. The sweet potato fries were unevenly cooked, some were underdone, some were done just right and some were way over cooked and hard...so that was not a good experience. The burger I had was good, I liked it. It wasnt worth $8 or whatever it cost, it was very expensive and mind you, I only got the medium. Bad service at this location. Preface: went in mid-afternoon, there was no line and only 3 people eating in the dining room, so no reason to have provided us with better service. My friend and I went in and were discussing what each one of us would order right in front of the cashier. Not that she needed to eavesdrop, but she should have been aware or attentive enough to realize that we were each ordering something. My friend ordered first. Right after the cashier took their order, she left to start making it. we tried to call her back, but she just carried on at the grill. We literally stood at the register for at least 5 minutes, I saw her glancing up a couple of times - didn't think to wonder why we were still standing there, staring at her? Good customer service would have been to ask if we needed anything else, but this did not happen. We were fed up, and my friend just wanted a refund for the meal instead... not that any team members or manager were coming over to help us. Finally, a different team member noticed us waiting and came over. We told him about how I was never able to place my order and that my friend just wanted a refund. He tried to tell me he could make it right then and there, but we just wanted to leave. He gave my friend a PARTIAL refund, which my friend noticed after we left.. and I have not returned since. I believe my friend made a comment on the actual website of Fatburger, but not sure what occurred after (if anything even occurred). Buuut as for me, I won't be returning to this location. read more

Fatburger is one of my favorite fast food places to go to. Unfortunately, this time they failed. Over $50 in food for three people, we ended up taking home the following: Overcooked burgers with little to no juice, which is something I appreciate Fatburger for... a good juicy burger. Horribly made milkshakes, Oreo was like drinking a cookie and the chocolate was so runny that it was like drinking chocolate milk. Vile onion rings and poorly made French fries. But it all started in the place when our food was ready way before our shakes, which the young man who was on the shake station forgot to make the two chocolate ones. So instead of being home in the 10-15 minute timeframe before the fries get too cold, etc.; we ended up going over that timeframe by about 20 minutes. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I thought that years of sucking on bottles of a watered down bleach/ammonia mixture I call "Blind Happiness" had finally done permanent damage. The prices are outrageous for any "fast food" burger joint. They charge 50 cents for CHEESE...REGULAR CHEESE!!! How the hell can anyone justify asking 50 cents for cheese on a 9 dollar burger? They have some gall. I haven't seen that kind of gall since the time I watched a guy take someone's kidneys while he was sleeping. It was amazing what you can do with two sleeping pills and a hacksaw. Rex can live with high prices...IF...IF things are good. Here is the best part. The burgers suck. They are dry. They are over cooked. The cheese is bland. The toppings are flavorless. They need a special sauce or something to make their burgers worth ten bucks. Two of us ate burgers, fries and drinks...for 25 bucks!! 25 bucks!! Here is what is the biggest crime...Burger King is better. Mcdonalds is better. Wendy's is better. Here is a name I have...RipOffBurger. This is awful. There is absolutely nothing special about this no matter how hard you try to find something...like Amanda Peet. The shakes are bad and overpriced, the onion rings taste like they have been frozen previously, the fries were soggy and not crispy. There wasn't one good thing on the menu, and I say that with no exaggeration. EVEN THE SODA WAS WATERED DOWN TASTING! The mixture of the soda machine is desperately off. To add insult to our already crappy experience. When I stood on the table, screamed that these robber barons should at least use a gun of they were going to rip us off...I was the one that the cops led out in handcuffs and leg shackles. I think it was when I jumped over the counter and shoved their flavorless meat patties in the cooks mouth and screamed "now you know how your mom feels when I go to your house." If the early morning STANK attitude of Francisco the manager is any indication of success, this location will fail. First off...10 in the am or anytime, you should greet your customers with a smile. This guy never even cracked one or greeted me. I began my order by clearly stating that I don't want a meal I only want burger and fries. I ordered my rloriginal with egg,, bacon, mayo,cheese, and grilled onions. He asked if I wanted regular fries or sweet potato fries. I ordered half and half fat and skinny. He blanked out for a second and then indicated he has been with Fatburger for 13 years and has never heard of 'half and half fries! The look on his face was so off-putting that I couldn't find anything else to say. I almost walked out but I came here specifically to take my medication and then walk to my son's house. Ordered the mushroom Swiss burger with skinny fries and reg drink. $14.47 They deliver to table your order. Burger wasn't large, had a thick juicy patty..but..way over seasoned and paper thin mushrooms. Fries were bland..no seasoning. Coke was good! Craving it as I write. We decided to hit up a different burger joint since I was craving a nice, juicy burger! I was tired of In N Out, Red Robin, and the many over trekked joints. You know how it is when you're craving something and at the same time wanting to try something new - RISKY! We walked in at first and was delighted at the simple menu. The food came out pretty quickly. The burger was as fresh and juicy as I'd craved. The first bite was insanely delightful with the juices melodiously circle in your mouth with the tomato, mustard, grilled onions, etc...and to add to it, the grilled bun added that extra crunch. The staff didn't understand what gluten-free was and didn't keep my gluten free food separate from the regular food I ordered for my friends even though I specifically instructed them to when I ordered. Fatburger used to be good but those days are long gone! I went to the sunset station one a few months ago and that experience was disappointing as well. When you pull up to the drive thru you get to look at the ghetto sign with paper taped over the old prices as you are waiting..and you will definitely wait here! I have nothing but really good things to say about this establishment. Walked in today after leaving Trader Joe's. Ordered me and my cousin the small meal deal with a Cheeseburger with everything including a fried egg and I got skinny fries while my cuzzo got the fat ones. Everything was cooked up fresh and fast and came to our table pronto, piping hot! I grew up in L.A. frequenting the Original Fatburgers. I remember the late night street races from Midnight til O'dark thirty in the morning. This place brought back some really nice memories. Thumbs Up! I don't get the Fatburger love. Last night, after a looooong flight, my fiancé and I were desperate for something - ANYTHING - to eat. We passed this Fatburger on the way home and decided to stop by. We both got turkey burgers and cups of chili. The chili had a strange, gritty texture. The spices were incredibly strong... not in terms of being spicy, but more like it had LOTS of paprika or something in it. One thing I can say about the chili was that it was served piping hot. I hate lukewarm chili - it grosses me out. So I guess that's something. When we got our burgers home, we found that neither one was cooked all the way through. It wasn't just that they were pink like turkey burgers tend to be. They oozed blood all over the paper and stained our buns a putrid pink color. If it wasn't two in the morning, we would have taken them back and complained. However, in our fatigued stupors, we downed the gritty chili and called it a night. She took my order of a burger with whatever it is they put on them and since the sign said the onion rings were the best you know one always believes signs I too had an order with a shake. I give them credit that these burgers are "fat" as in big and meaty, but their prices seemed way high for a fast food style place. The burger was good, but the location we went into seemed like a run-down place. It was clean and nice inside but the outside made you feel like the place was going down fast. But it was just one location. Still, I wouldn't go again only because of the prices. Yes the burgers are big, but we can eat good big burgers for so much less money. Used to frequent this location at least once per week or more. Service was friendly and the place was clean and well kept. Stopping in tonight on a whim has cured me of going back. Slow counter/order service, very slow in delivery orderd at 5:09 and received at 5:34 and I know it is fresh but when drive in always take precedent dine in customers suffer. Delivered order to table was wrong and condiment bar was under filled and the large ketchup dispenser empty until I brought it to their attention. The last issue is what happened to the Fatburger theme of Rock and Roll and light hearted upbeat music. I am not a fan of Rap and Hip Hop and listening to this music just ruined the whole visit. Might as well remove the Icon pictures off the wall and replace them with BIG, Tupac, Snoop and all the other gangsters of music.
