Ha! I have happy memories of Fat Face! I've been wearing my light cardigan and scarf recently to walk my dogs that I purchased at this location. I vacationed in Ireland in the summer - it is a chilly country and wasn't as prepared for the cooler weather in an attempt to pack light. There were tons of Aran sweaters and while they are pretty, it's not practical for L.A. It's wool and very thick. I remember telling someone I just had to go into a store with this funny name. The brand reminds me of Roxy. Anyways, they have quality clothing that is more sporty and apparently it's been around since the 80's. It's an English brand and was introduced to it in Kinsale! Fat Face reminds me at Hollister, because they also sell surf clothes and they are both very well decorated, like the towels over the fitting room doors in Fat Face. It's not cheap, but there are special offers and it is very good quality! If you like Hollister, you will definitely like Fat Face :) read more

Fat Face stocks a wide range of high quality casual clothing. The staff here were friendly yet very professional. We were greeted by a knowledgeable woman called Audrey, who was very helpful and provided my girlfriend & myself with alot of practical advise, especially with regards to mixing different colours & styles. Well worth checking out if you're looking to stand out from the crowd ! read more

Horrible Packing/Shipping - Non Existent Customer Service…read more My order was received quite timely yet when opened ALL items were very damaged - shipping my items, including metal/plastic plaque and crosses, in a thin plastic bag with little to no cushion or protection will only will only result in the damage that occurred - ASTONISHED this is how these items were packed and shipped internationally. I have sent multiple messages via the website form as well as multiple emails to customer service over several days now with no response, or even acknowledgement or confirmation. The website chat bot is worthless. Horrendous experience. Simply expect items to be either replaced ASAP if can be received by Christmas, but if cannot be received by Christmas, require a full refund including shipping. At this point a simple response to know which way this will go is desperately needed as I feel completely dismissed. This has been a very disappointing experience as a new customer. At this point I have no reason to remain a customer and I will be sure to warn others.
