This company is top notch! The owner is personable the front line staff was very helping and knowledgeable. I have worked with Megan over the last 9 months on multiple projects. She is a delight! Knowledgeable and quick to respond. I had a somewhat complicated initial Order where I needed to match existing signs and she was quick to provide samples for approval so that we could move forward and get the finished product before my deadline. read more

I had some decals made for my vehicle and the folks at FastSigns did it exceptionally well and quickly. When I picked up my decals I realized they were a bit too large for my car windows and they replaced them with smaller ones at no charge. I would recommend them to anyone! And the price was very reasonable as well! read more

History

Established in 2014.

FASTSIGNS® of Tuscaloosa is locally owned and operated, but draws from the vast knowledge and experience of FASTSIGNS® International who is celebrating their 30th anniversary. Gary Salomon and Bob Schanbaum founded FASTSIGNS® in 1985, opening the first center in Dallas, Texas. In response to their successes, they began offering FASTSIGNS franchises, selling the first center in 1986. Three years and 16 centers into the development of the business, Schanbaum passed away from terminal cancer. In honor of Schanbaum's legacy, Salomon pushed forward and, within the first five years, the system grew to more than 150 locations. In 2003, FASTSIGNS was acquired by Roark Capital Group and then purchased by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2014. Today, FASTSIGNS is a leading visual communications company in growth and innovation, with more than 570 franchised centers located in eight countries.

Meet the Business Owner: Milton C.

Milton worked in the oil and gas industry for over 25 years. During that time he was involved in the supply chain preforming several different roles. Because of a likely transfer to a different part of the country, he began to seek other opportunities. He decided to open a FASTSIGNS because of the brand, image, and industry. Today as the owner of FASTSIGNS he draws from his past business and field experience and the FASTSIGNS support to deliver a quality product with excellent customer service.
