Horrible sign store. I needed a name for my boat printed up. I was told it would take about a…read moreweek. A month after I placed the order I had still not gotten it and was told they "had to order it and were waiting for the vinyl." Called back 2 weeks later and still hadn't finished it. Went into the store a week or so later and they had printed it but it was sitting in the back and not completed (letters had to be cut). I was told it would be done by end of the week, which was just prior to me leaving town. It wasn't done. Went away for 3 week wedding/honeymoon and upon my return, the project was in the same condition as it was before. I was told it would be done no later than the following Monday and they would deliver it to me if needed. Monday came and went and no boat name. Went in the following Friday and they told me they had to reprint a portion of it. It had sat so long at their store that it got damaged. The next week, the same result. Finally three weeks after that I got the reprinted name and took it home. Didn't even bother with the inspection at the store because I knew it would be messed up but at that point I didn't care. When I got to the house, it was done wrong. They reversed the colors on the reprinted section. On the plus side, they said "just take it, it has been long enough" and didn't charge me. Horrible store. Took it to sign store in Crawfordville and it was done correctly and back to me in 5 days.
