I agreed to the last minute change. The cleaners never came. I texed and called Jose a few times throughout Friday, asking if and when the cleaners would come, and received no response. Around 1pm, I texted him saying that if I did not receive a response by 5pm, I would book another service. He responded 15 minutes later, saying that the cleaners could come Saturday morning instead. I am writing this review at 10:40am on Saturday, after texting and calling Jose at 8:30am and 9:54am. I have received no response, and there have been no cleaners sent to my address. Overall, this experience has wasted a lot of time and effort on my part. I have since booked with another cleaning service that is professional, diligent, and communicative, offers a competitive price, and fulfills services that Shadyside House Cleaning charges extra for.

They take care to clean everything thoroughly. Other services don't clean your windows or dust the window sills or base boards.
