She said she will refund my money of $136.or so this is the worst customer experience I've ever had. Please don't order online because the owner will not call you back as promised.

These issues range from forgetting my strawberry real fruit in my drink, being skipped, handing me cups with faulty lids and knew they were faulty more than once, and worst not putting my drinks in the carrier properly causing it to spill inside my car and not wanting to even give me a rag to help clean it up. The response I got was yeah, they can be a little faulty. Wow! It's disappointing to have experienced all these issues in less than a month. I did change my review from 1 star to 3 because this last visit was better.
