We LOVED FastKart!! So much fun! We rented it out for a big party and everyone there had a blast. All the staff went above and beyond making sure it was a safe fun experience. There's a great party room where we got to have food and the arcade/billiards area is awesome. And - surprise! - their women's bathroom is incredible! Like I walked into the Davenport!! Super thoughtful and considerate, especially for breastfeeding moms. All equipment was in great condition! We'll be back again for sure! read more

Wow wow wow. What an awful establishment. I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years and they still treated my family and I like absolute garbage. I wish I could request a full refund for my money and my TIME. I could not have had a worse experience. First off, the staff was Extremely rude. The front desk worker was so mean and unprofessional. We watched the safely video that we have seen 100 times before but sat through it listened. The lady asked us questions about the video and we answered them all correctly. She then said that she could here us talking at points during the video so we have to re-watch it and starting screaming at us for some reason. We had a reservation at 1:30 and did not get on the track tell 3:00. While we were rewatching the video she had 2 groups go ahead of us for some reason so we had to wait an hour. She did not apologize or anything. She must have been feeling a need to assert power for some reason. When we finally got on the track, one of the workers was cool and professional. The other one with glasses was a complete loser. We are just minding our business having a friendly race and he decides to join the race to prove how good of a driver he is. He keeps trying to pass my little brother and can't, and eventually bumps into him and spins out. We are all confused why a working is bumping into people then freaks out and kicks all off the track. We did not receive any warnings or anything. They said we will not receive a refund either. Absolutely pathetic from them. Overall I do not know what is worse? The service or the racing. As soon as they see you have fun on the track they will just yell at you for bumping or going too fast. If you are reading this DO NOT COME HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY read more

Don't go here. Worst customer service I have received in long time. Too bad because I tried very hard to be pleasant since she was in bad mood, barely looked at me and seemed totally disinterested. I even tipped since they make you pay up front. Group of 6 boys for my 15 year old bday as this was what he wanted to do for fun, competitive time. We've been here before and they've had fun in spite of not very nice workers. Treated very poorly and waited about 45 minutes after checking in. They clearly did not want us there. Never informed me, I looked on social media to see a post. Let's just say I hate this place. Brought my kids here to start out the new year and the workers yelled at them for talking during the intro video even though they told the workers everything said in the video . My nephew (black) was yelled at and even heard the workers say a slur (which I won't repeat) under their breath. When I tried to be nice and make it a good time even I was mistreated and talked down to by the workers . Clearly they were having a bad day but in no way is that an excuse for being rude to children and acting like a little bitch. As we waited an extra HOUR AND A HALF, they finally started racing and received multiple smart ass comments from a male worker with glasses . Not only was he disrespectful to us but also his other coworkers. The front desk girl was a prick and constantly was rude and incompetent. I read a few reviews that the staff is unprofessional and difficult to work with while I was looking up the track. But after showing up and getting through the process of signing in and waiting for my turn, I couldn't understand why people are so bothered? The front desk was helpful and the dude on the track was down to earth and fun to be around. My buddy and I finished up on the course and played some pool in their lobby for way longer than we should have and still weren't being bothered. My friends and I all purchased Groupons. There were 8 of us and we purchased these in the lobby, right in front of the clerk. Soon as we are all set, he tells us they don't accept Groupons. WTF? We just spent $180 and they're like, yeah sorry. Why haven't they contacted Groupon and had themselves removed? This place is a ripoff without a coupon. The cars break down all the time and the employees are rude beyond belief. I do not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Yeah!! I love this place!! Today is my sons 21birthday, I searched fun things to do and FastKart was on the top 10 list. I reserved a ten minute slot for my boys (21yo and 19yo) and I to race for the first time, I'M SO GLAD I DID!! this place ROCKS! Sign your name for insurance purposes, watch a quick safety video, grab a helmet, buckle up and GO! HECK YEAH this was a lot better than the electric bumper cars at family fun place. Writing this as we are sitting here. We booked a time for 8:20 and drove all the way from CDA to race. It is now 10 pm and they still haven't called us to race. when we asked they said they would call us when it was our time. People who walked in without a reservation have gone before us. Pathetic. I had an extremely horrible experience today at this location. Please allow me to explain: 10 days ago I purchased several groupons for my son for his 10th birthday. Today, the 15th, I came in to take him and his friend and our family to enjoy some fast action racing. We all were super excited. As we walk into the lobby we see a notice on the register that Groupons will not be honored due to someone else using FastKart. I spent $220 on those Groupons, I planned and budgeted for this... brought everyone to FastKart just to find out I am S.O.L. As I am trying to talk to the guy behind the counter he is very rude and short with me and my sister. He proceeds to keep repeating himself and interrupting me when I am simply asking questions. Not once did I raise my voice or say anything that would come across like I was angry even though my heart was sinking as I am thinking I am out my $220 and still have to pay even more money all while my 10 year and his friend watch me wondering when they get to race. I asked if I could call the owner to have a conversation. I wanted to explain that before I even purchased my Groupons I called the physical location and talked with an employee and asked questions about it. The employee answered my questions about the Groupon and everything and that's when I made the decision to purchase them. Anyway, instead of giving me the owners number and allowing me to just talk to him, he called the owner himself and proceeded to explain that he has a "very angry customer" here and I am very upset about the Groupon situation and so on. I stood there staring at him as he gave false descriptions of me and my situation and made me look horrible. I ended up not doing anything and took my family to Wonderland spending several hundreds of dollars. I want to let you know that on top of being embarrassed by the Groupon incident, your employee further embarrassed me and made me feel like I was in the wrong for being upset. I have three teenage boys and I guarantee you that you would have made a good chuck of cash from me over the years with my continued business that you are no longer going to get. read more

Well. The actual racing can be fun. But, so many buts... the cashier was nice and friendly, and the stuff was pretty decent. But, the carts aren't well maintained. And the preferential treatment is strong with this one. There's absolutely no bumping or contact with other cars UNLESS you're friends with the stuff. Then you can go bump every one you want as many times as you'd like and they'll make sure that everyone gets out of gone way. Kinda ruined the experience. read more

That was a horrible experience and I will never spend another dime there again!!! They were rude very unprofessional. The price we paid was for 60 laps. I only got 38 my daughter only got 25! Only one of us got 60 laps and that's when they just made us all stop! Like what the hell. I want my money back for the differences. Also where did this "deposit" go. This place is a total rip off. Would not recommend to anyone, if I could leave negative stars I would, horrible staff that did not enforce rules, one 14 yo kid kept bumping into my back end and sent me into a wall and I got the blame for it, they said it was because I didn't get out of the way even though the kid had plenty of chances in the 2 straight-a-ways before and a couple of laps after he did it again to one of my friends and another racer, and WAS NOT REMOVED, carts where poorly maintained, my cart had metal mesh showing on the tires and the staff left the choke on the engine, ventilation was poor, the only outside vent was a 12" fan, that wasn't on by the way, in a wall on the opposite end of the track, overall unless you want kids that can't even drive yet, or staff that don't enforce safety guidelines and want to smell like exhaust fumes for the rest of the day, I would spend my $34 and 15 min elsewhere. read more

We had a reservation got there got all ready to go and a group of people who had a later time slot then us but got there about an hour early jumped in front us of and used our time. Worst experience ever with a company. The staff was extremely rude and I feel like it was a complete waste of money and time the cars are fun but at the expense of being treated like dirt. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT! I "scheduled" a birthday party and invited around 15-20 people. When I arrived, the person at the front desk proceeded to tell me they didn't do reservations, and we would have to wait 1.5 hours+! I called ahead TWICE to confirm prior to the date and never heard anything about them not taking reservations. They acted completely onboard for the party! Totally ruined a birthday party and found out about it 15 minutes prior to it starting. Save your money or take it elsewhere. read more

Super rude, unprofessional, unhelpful staff. Every person there. Heard multiple staff talking about how hung over they were why they helped kids and operated go karts. Yelling at customers when on the track. Karts needed repairs and they had to switch them out regularly when they broke or start them when they would randomly quit working. This place needs all new staff if they want to start keeping customers along with more regular maintenance of their equipment. read more
