I find that his service charge is reasonable and a bargain for how much he has helped with our company. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy is how o would describe this team if asked. We've worked with a few other CPA's in our lifetime and can safely say that he was the best. Our first guy missed out on so much we had to amend thousands of owed money back to us. Had we stayed with them we would still be missing out on so much. Happy we made the change and always happy to refer this team out to anyone in need of a good accountant.

I spoke with him about filing a tax return, paid him $800 for the return, sent all my files, and then was... ghosted by him. After numerous attempts to email, call, follow up on the return he simply never responded to me for 2 months. In the meantime this causes a bunch of problems because I needed the completed return in order to handle other business stuff, and ultimately ended up having to hire another CPA in St Petersburg who did it in literally a day. One of the worst and most bizarre experiences I've ever had with a business, and certainly not the type of behavior that inspires confidence in a CPA / tax preparer. Avoid working with this company.

They did not explain to me that I would be charged an additional $285 in third-party fees on top of the $300 for their preparation fee. That's a total of $585! That was 12.5% of my entire tax return! It was only after I received my tax return that I found out about the third party fees, which included a bank fee, a bureau fee, a transmission fee, a technology fee, and a document preparation fee. What?!?!? Had I known that I would be charged $285 in third-parties fees, I would have paid them for their services up front and not waited for it to be taken out of the return. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to them and asked them to refund the $285, they were unwilling to take responsibility for their failure to communicate the third-party fees.
