If you're going to sell ice cream, it might be a good idea to keep the spoons near the ice cream instead of having customers walk all over the store trying to find one after they've already paid. I was told it was "over there... no, around here... near the counter," and by the time I would have actually found the spoons, the ice cream was already melting. I ended up throwing it in the trash, leaving, and driving about two miles down the road to Dairy Queen just to get my ice cream fix. To be honest, the ice cream itself was pretty watery too, so it didn't have much time before it started turning into a milkshake anyway. It just needed to last long enough for me to find a spoon, which apparently was harder than expected. Just a suggestion -- I know it sounds crazy, but putting spoons next to the ice cream might make things a lot easier for customers.
