I made a mistake when I dealt with Tora Garage in Galway's Westside. They made a mistake when replacing a part in my car. A few hours after I got the car back from them, and as a direct result of their mistake, the steering failed completely. There were four people in the car at the time and it was lucky that we were moving slowly when it happened and nobody was hurt - it could have been so much worse. When I bought the car back to Tora Garage, they only accepted partial responsibility for their mistake. They made me pay for further repairs - repairs which were needed as a direct result of their own original mistake. So deal with them if you want to, but be warned: you do so at your own risk. I found them lacking in integrity and professionalism and my advice would be to avoid them like the plague

I rang Jack multiple times over the course of 2 weeks and he kept fobbing me off. Very rude on the phone. Eventually I got fed up and demanded he collect it. He told me he had looked at the car and that it was only worth 100 euro. To his surprise, I told him I had it in writing that I was to get 250 euro for it which he grudgingly accepted. Absolute cowboy trying to get my car for less, he would have caught a quieter person. Fuming isn't the word.
