Wow. What a place.
It is a biker/townie bar. They have a great patio with outdoor seating and an outdoor bar area (was not open at the time of my visit). There is a sand volleyball court and you can walk down to Wallace Lake. Inside is actually fairly spacious with seating around the bar and a pool table.
There seemed to be a "dump your items that you would take to a dump" HUGE pile being prepared to burn... mattresses, dressers, Christmas decorations. You name it and it was probably in that pile.
I've been here twice. First time there was a huge fight and the second time there was almost a huge fight... some dude tossed a pool stick at me and then got all angry when I didn't respond to his aggressive remarks. It's a good thing I dodged it as it probably could have poked an eye out. (Yes, that is a Christmas Story reference.)
I'd say it's pretty pricey for being such a dive. Definitely not a "destination" establishment, it's more like a roadside pit stop. I'm not going to lie, I'm not a fan... sorry not sorry :/ read more
