I finally got divorced as of August 15, 2024 but she used my father's last name as my middle. Now I'm afraid I can't get my license changed to my maiden name which is very important to me. I have been texting with her since before Thanksgiving for a simple name correction. Something I don't even have to be in court for. I've texted and called her several times but she doesn't respond or says she'll call later and doesn't. Reliability and responsibility are important character traits in a lawyer. Other firms have an AI answering system, calls don't get returned, promises aren't kept when they say they'll get back to you. Kim was so incredibly kind and immediately made me feel a lot better about the situation. She had a list of concrete things my son needed to do and to send to them. The outcome was fantastic - charge was reduced to a non moving violation so no points! Couldn't recommend Kim and James more.
