He also false advertises the services and a 100% money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied. I booked a post build clean and confirmed via email services that would be included with a guarantee in writing that the property would be left dust free, low and behold no paint removed from my floors and surfaces, plaster running down my door interior & grouting still all over my bathroom & kitchen tiles. He attempted to rectify some of the things but then as more and more was pointed out he laughed in my face and said he won't make a profit if he cleans everywhere and when reminding him of his after build checklist he said what do I know about marketing & running a cleaning business. He offered me £25 compensation but I had paid £165 and said that what I wanted was not money I wanted the clean done as promised. He continued to force the £25 offer on me before I asked them all to leave my property. Just not worth the stress to book them go for a company that is reputable and has reviews on their webpage.
