They are a small regional bank who seems to genuinely appreciate your business - - no matter how humble your financial profile. The late payment got reported on my credit and dropped my credit score significantly. I explained to them that my wife is on deployment in the navy and I'm having difficulty qualifying to purchase a house so that our son don't be going from house to house. I ask if they can remove it because it's their error that caused the late payment. They rejected several times in a cold manner. They would have deleted if Amy Chase admitted that she give me wrong information, instead of taking accountability she said she don't remember telling me that maybe because of fear of losing her job. I was taken aback when Holly (the owner) of Alpha 1 Title & Escrow LLC, provided legal advice pertaining to our family Trust we have setup. She was not authorized to do so nor is she educated about Trusts, therefore she delivered misinformation. After I tried to meditate the situation, she then became extremely defensive, unapologetic, and irate, stating, "I do not have to sit here and listen to this!" In addition, the communication between her and the realtor was lax to say the least. They were never on the same page, quoting incorrect numbers including a multitude of inaccurate  information. When discussing the final closing amounts, that became an ordeal in itself. She repeatedly stated, "Your realtor should have told you that," instead of taking the time to thoroughly explain. We expected a more viable solution being that she was responsible for creating the documents, which contained the incorrect amounts and information. She was most unethical when she pressured my 70-year-old mother to allow the buyers to move into her property before the closing date. After we denied the clause for early move in, the buyers still moved in two days prior to the closing date. This held my mother liable for any mishaps at the property because she was still the owner until after closing. Holly's unethical acts along with an air of arrogance are detrimental to anyone who decides to hire her for Title Agent responsibilities.

The nRewards is great for those who are trying to improve their credit or just need some $$$ in case of an emergency. You can set it for a certain limit which is good for those who are tempted to spend. I got my dad to open an account here too. He doesn't speak English and we had a Laos translator speak to him through the phone and made everything so easy! I did my car loan through Navy Federal. It was fast and easy, you can even do it online. I was able to get a great deal and incredibly low APR. I use the NavyFederal mobile app on iPhone all the time. The eDeposit makes it convenient for me to deposit my check by taking a picture of the front and back. It usually only takes about an hour to a day for me to have the money in my bank. The employees here are really sweet and patient. If you ever have any questions or concerns they are eager to answer and help you.

Disclosing these things in person at the time you open your account apparently is not considered pertinent information. It's all in your disclosure. That's what management told me as a new customer.
