When you do finally find someone they tell you to wait for someone else. That person ever comes. The last time we went we literally had to wait for 25 minutes just to get someone to open the cage with the drill that we wanted to buy. I get that everyone is understaffed, but there are also people walking around talking to each other instead of helping clients. It's hard for us because we are here trying to renovate a house, and we can't find anything that we need because of the way the store is set up. we are not familiar with the brands so sometimes we have questions in regards to paint, etc. we are spending hundreds of Euro on tools, but can't get a real bill of sale. Until I find an alternative, we are forced to get our tools and renovation items at the store. As soon as I find somewhere else close by, I will go there.
