Depending on the day there's sometimes independent vendors down the center selling baking, handmade clothes and the like. It should be pointed out that the mall is currently the only place in Estevan where the store shelves are stocked. Only con is the restaurant. It's shabby, old and the food is gross. Tims is always good though!

I went to the Estevan Walmart today around lunchtime with my husband and baby and we entered the…read moregarden section looking for a habanero plant and there was a female employee with blonde hair up in a ponytail and glasses in there and she took one look at us and quickly looked away and my husband asked her if there was any habanero plants in stock and she wouldn't even look at us as she gently shook her head no then he asked another question and she completely ignored him and me when I told her that was rude. Don't want to play the race card here as I am Indigenous and my husband is Jamaican but if she treated us that way because of that then I am very disappointed. I wanted to go customer service but my husband wanted me to let it go but we are regular customers there and we do not deserve to be treated as such. Unprofessional.

I ordered inline skates that were shown to be available at the Estevan location. I then received a…read morecall telling me that the item was not in stock. I decided to order a different size and from the same Estevan location. the item was shipped and they had sent me a model of inline skate that was made from Nike Bauer (a company that broke the partnership in 2008) instead of the Bauer Vapor inline skates that I ordered. I proceeded to call the store, the first person I spoke to did not understand how the wrong item was sent, I then talked to the floor manager who was the rudest person I have ever encountered and told me it was somehow my fault, which she then transferred me to the GM who never answered. So I had to call back and she told me that sometimes they will send the one model down instead of the actual item purchased (which is ridiculous in the first place because the lower model would be worth less). but the item that was sent would have been made over a decade ago. She did not apologize for the mishap. Do not trust them.
