Here's the problem- I spent over $400 for treatment for plantar fasciitis And the pain never went away. I was told I need surgery that would cost me $1800 and 6 weeks wearing a boot. I asked about a shoe insert and she said it would not help. I went for a second opinion and the doctor gave me an insert and I've been pain free for 5 months! I'm still getting bills saying I owe more for her services.

My wife however was staring intently like she does when her cupcakes are getting close to perfect so they aren't over baked... she couldn't pull her eyes off that scalpel. It was the strangest pressure/ pain I've felt in a while then there was this pop and something hit the floor... he got it. And I could feel this wave of calm flow over my body. He told me some medical name for what it was. Dirt and sweat in a pore that is dormant. He said it will probably come back in 3-6 months. It's been 9 months now and no sign of return. But if it does... this time I'll try to muster up the courage to watch. He didn't let me keep the little squeeze foot thingy tho. I guess I'll let that pass.

Let me just say... she is absolutely wonderful. She is so very polite, takes her time to make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving, answers any questions you may have, and follows up with you herself. She is obviously a very busy woman but she makes the extra time, and goes the extra mile for her patients. I will continue to use Dr. Barry and I will continue to recommend her to everyone I meet. On a side note; The nurses are also very polite. I do not have anything negative to say about this clinic, aside from the waiting room being eerily quiet. ha! Maybe some background music or a tv would help with that! I still give this office and Dr. Barry 5 stars.
