First time visiting a spa hotel. I had very high expectations, but Farris did not quite measure up. No coffee or tea in rooms, which to me is a huge let down. Pooooor WiFi! Very little info on when and where to go for breakfast and refreshments, except a sign inside the elevator listing dining schedules. Breakfast was below average, a very watery selection of veggies and eggs. Lunch was better, but had two chicken dishes with almost no chicken. Minimalism? Hotel bathrooms not the cleanest, shower heads need some attention, especially in room 268. Surprisingly, there were no goodies other than bath salt and shower caps in the bathroom. Would at least have expected a lotion sample or something? Since, it's a spa hotel? Very nice ocean view tho. And saunas. Comfortable beds. I am feeling relaxed, so three stars are in order. PS. Parking is NOT included, almost 400 NOK across the street. read more
