I paid for a full year in March (with my year long membership starting in April due to being late signing up for the ten week challenge) and then couldn't even attend until June due to COVID. Now they've closed their Eagan, MN location and for days have not gotten a response about a refund of my membership that I actually only got to use for about 2.5 months. I hope the owners decide to "do the right thing" here and get back to those of us who have been loyal members and have done everything, until this point, to spread positive feedback about Farrell's. I just competed their 10 week program and am extremely happy with the results. There are such dedicated coaches and class instructors at Farrell's. Anyone, at any level or weight, can be challenged, motivated, encouraged, supported and cared for at just the right pace to achieve their goals. It's fun and funny workouts to some great pumping music. Whether it's losing weight, better health, or better looks, the result is gaining a better life and becoming part of a new family. Everyone should do this program at least once. I think it would be a great gift idea for a loved one. I have developed such better habits and feel great. I haven't been this strong in twenty years! They took so many people's money in paid in full memberships and month to month memberships and closed their Eagan location. No response to members regarding refunds. Packed up all their equipment and left before even telling members. Members were told through an email. As a long time member and so proud of the Farrell's name and program, this is not acceptable. These owners actions are shocking. I feel horrible for those who joined or renewed recently or over the past year and have invested hundreds of dollars. I would not trust them with your bank information, they will charge you then disappear. read more

Farrell's Bodyshaping has been apart of my live for over 4-years now. It is a great place to get that cardio and strength training through the group lead training!
