Great Dr! Saved my moms' life... Literally. He caught the heart issues and didn't assume it was only a lung problem. Thank you Dr B

This is the worst practice I've ever tried to get in to see. I was referred to them by my…read moreprovider's referral dept. They did not call me, so I called them. I had to leave a message, but no one called me back. After the weekend, I called again and was the 10th caller, but I waited (over 30 minutes) and got down to being the 2nd caller when a message came on that "due to high volume...leave a message". It even says that if you're calling from a cell phone, you will receive a text and you can communicate that way. Never got the text or a call. The next day, I called again and was the 9th caller (waited over 30 min, again). Got down to being the 3rd caller when I got the same message as before. Left my message and still received no text or a call. I have pulmonary fibrosis and was in the hospital and told I needed to see a pulmonologist. I was sent home with oxygen (thank goodness), but now I can't get a doctor. This office needs a complete makeover so they can properly take care of patients. I am trying to get a referral to someone else, but that's another story! From the looks of some other reviews, I'm not getting a warm, fuzzy feeling about this group anyway. I'm sure most of the doctors in this group are good, but the staff (appointment desk in particular) is worthless! If I could give below 5 stars, I would!!!

Was supposed to have my first appointment with Dr. Sasieta today in Cypress where I guess he…read moresometimes sees patients outside of the Woodlands. I did the pre-check in online and figured there would be little to no paperwork to do when I arrived however that wasn't the case. No big deal. My appointment was for 0900. I completed the paperwork and sat down and waited to be called back. Waited for literally one hour because I heard his assistant telling other patients how busy the doctor is and things are running behind schedule. Finally at 1000 I've had enough and I go back up to the desk to tell his assistant that I've been waiting for an hour and she realized that they "forgot" about me. I tell her I'm leaving at this point and I want them to refund my copay which I paid in advance during the check-in process and she tells me that she will give me a number to call. I tell her I'm not calling any number as they've wasted my time prepping for the appointment, driving there and sitting in the waiting room for over an hour. He may be a great doctor but I wouldn't know because his staff sucks.

Due to severe, unpredictable traffic during my 40-minute commute, I arrived at 4:30 PM. Because my phone was inaccessible in the backseat during the drive, I was unable to call ahead. Upon arrival, the front desk informed me that I could not be seen and required me to reschedule, despite my explanation of the traffic delays. While I understand the necessity of maintaining a schedule, the policy is not applied reciprocally. During my initial visit, I waited over 25 minutes past my appointment time to see the provider. It is disappointing that the practice does not extend the same courtesy and understanding to patients' schedules that they expect for their own. I hope the management considers a more balanced approach to patient care and scheduling flexibility. I guess a patient's time is not as important as a doctor's time. A clinical practice should value a patient's time as much as its own. This rigid enforcement of the lateness policy feels contrary to the patient-first ethos expected in medicine and standard interpretations of the Hippocratic Oath.
