Deb was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She listened to our ideas and made them come to life! Well before the big day we were sent a preview/draft of the wedding flower invoice to make any edits. The pricing is extremely competitive for the surrounding area and their attention to detail was excellent, down to the flower girl petals. I ordered my bridal bouquet, groom and father's boutonniers, corsages for the mothers and matron-of-honor, flower girl petals, arbor sprays and small bubble bowls w/fall flowers for hi-top tables. All the flowers were arranged so beautifully, and the communication throughout the whole process was on point! The morning of the big day Anthony and Val arrived on time to set-up all of the flowers. Although I was getting ready and did not have much time to chat with them, I saw them going above and beyond to make everything look spectacular- they even were scrubbing down the arbor to make it sparkle! Sparse, small arrangement, unbloomed flowers, even the filler was substituted for a cheaper fern. The white vase? Nope. Gray plastic. This literally looks like something I could've picked in a field. I called that same day to let them know I wanted my money back. They told me the owner wasn't there. Monday I received a voicemail from the owner that she wanted to "set things straight." No apology. I called back 90 min later and was told she left early for the day but that she'd call me first thing tomorrow. Anticipating the call would be an offer to send me another arrangement, I informed them the only conversation I was interested in having was that she'd be refunding my money. Today came and went. No call. I'm disputing the charge. In my opinion this is borderline fraud. Will never use this shop again. Ordered through Newtown Florist, and the order was fullfilled by Rodier Flowers. Sometimes they have rustic thistle and ivy and actual bunches of grapes or real blueberries still on the branch. Sometimes there will be large cherry blossom branches with little pink flowers just coming into bloom. Sometimes there are 'dinner plate' peonies which open up as wide as their namesake. It's a special gift to get a bouquet from Cyrus. I honestly wish I knew him back when I got married as I would have loved for him to do my wedding flowers.
