Worst insurance experience ever. Extremely unprofessional. I got transferred to these people from…read moreanother State Farm agency that I loved who changed companies. Over the last six months time I have contacted Thadeaus Jones agency to add or change a policy they have either never called me back after the request, or when they did days later they put the wrong type of car on the policy even though the have the correct VIN (happened twice), don't call you back at all, give you attitude, and always address me by the wrong name. I am currently on day 6 after calling 3 different days, of waiting for them to call me back so I can add an insurance policy. I'm not sure if this is putting me or them at a liability risk but It seems they have better things to do then keep me insured, so I will be going to a different State Farm branch.

Worst State Farm Insurance Agent I have ever been associated with!…read more We have been a State Farm customer for about 50 years. I was recently assigned to Alejandro Bernal-Herrera when my previois agent retired. Today I discovered that I had not received my new insurance ID card, so I called his office. A lady answered and informed me that my auto insurance had not been renewed because when I paid it via Bill Pay through my bank, I was short $.10, yes 10 cents. I became irritated when she told me that, because of a $.10 mistake on my part that my insurance was not renewed. In the past every agent (about 5), would call me immediately and let me know of any issues with any premium payments, but not this agency. Needless to say, I fired Alejandro Bernal-Herrera as my agent and got a new one. Upon calling State Farm's 800 customer service line, they informed me that my insurance policy did infact renew. INCOMPETENCE is all I can about Alejandro Bernal-Herrera!
