I never was able to speak to anyone, my agents office changed hands 2x in 2 years and my rates went up drastically after the first year. Brett and Christine at Derek Eastman State Farm worked with me to make sure I had all the coverage I needed and the right amount of protection for me and my family. The cost came in better than expected and no rate increases after my first year. To top it off I had a major personal item loss this year and State Farm had no issues taking care of the matter immediately. Christine and team at Derek Eastman were always available for questions or immediate customer service. Insurance is something we are mandated to have to have. I am grateful for State Farm making having it easy, painless and beneficial in times of need.

If you have a claim they do not assist you or work with the companies they FARM your coverage out to, most of which are extremely unethical and borderline fraudulent. There's an amusing sign inside the office for complaints or concerns, but that line isn't made to assist or resolve issues. Do NOT use this company unless you are company desperate because if you ever have an accident you will be victimized twice, once in the accidents and the second time trying to utilize your coverage that is bought and paid for. Id rather buy time share at a swamp As for doing everything humanly possible to assist, you have no idea what claim this is in regard to, to make that statement. Your office staff could barely accommodate a request for proof of insurance or rental reimbursement. Perhaps you should look more deeply before everything is reported to the IL Department of Insurance. 43 days later I still haven't seen anything regarding the accident and am still making car payments on a totaled vehicle. 25 voicemails, 18 emails, 3 hour reply window regarding documentation requested. Take responsibility for the "Companies" you affiliate with and farm your customers to.
